Cynthia S. Wilber, CPA


Cindy (Wydra) Wilber is a proud 3rd generation Orlando native who has more than 35 years of experience in public accounting. Cindy has an extensive background in tax planning and compliance for businesses and individuals, as well as estate planning. She also provides business advisory services to a variety of small- to medium-sized businesses in Central Florida. Cindy graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a past President of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council.

Andrea Niemann, CPA


Andrea Niemann has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. Her areas of expertise are tax planning, compliance and client representation services, with an emphasis on real estate, construction, medical and professional service companies. Andrea has provided audits and accounting services to nonprofit organizations, investment companies, governmental entities and small businesses. Andrea graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida, where she also earned a Master of Taxation. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Andrea also served on the Council for the FICPA and continues to serve on the Board for the Central Florida Estate Planning Council.

Richard M. Ornstein, CPA


Richard joined WR & Associates, P.A. as of January 1, 2021. Previously, he was a Tax Partner at Glickstein Laval Carris, P.A. from 2005-2020 and the Firm's Managing Partner from 2010-2020. Prior to that, Richard was the Director of Taxation with Reponen, Ornstein and Co., P.A., from 1985-2005. Prior to 1985, Richard's experience includes two national CPA firms. He is heavily involved with the monitoring of tax legislation and its impact upon clients and has a special emphasis in the areas of estate and retirement planning, federal and state income taxation, business entity structures, passive loss rules and foreign investment in U.S. real estate. He has been a public speaker for the Central Florida Chapter of Certified Public Accountants and several other national organizations as well as serving as president of the Central Florida Chapter of the FICPA during 2008 and 2009. Additionally, he served on the same Board of Directors as Chairman of the Local Practitioners Committee and on the Board of Directors of Congregation Beth Am as Treasurer and Budget Committee Chairman. He is a founding Director and Vice President/Treasurer of Greyhound Ranch Adoptions, Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to the preservation of retired racing greyhound lives by providing shelter and medical care, permanent placement of greyhounds in adopting households, and educating the public regarding the characteristics of the greyhound breed. Richard received his Master's Degree in Accounting with an emphasis in taxation from the University of Arizona, Tucson, in 1981 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1976 from Allegheny College, Meadville Pennsylvania. He is a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Central Florida Estate Planning Council.
